Various methods of settlement
Within the construction branche there are several standard methods of settlement but also various specific methods. Ticon allows you, because of its extreme flexibility, to meet almost all these specific requirements.
Instalment based invoicing
Based on instalment schemes, instalment are created periodically to be used for invoicing. Instalments may depend on actual produced quantities, time or a combination of both.
Automatically copy produced quantities
If the instalment scheme is based on produced quantities, these quantities can be copied to the project planning either automatically or by hand. Right from the result screen or on several input forms.
Financial administration
Revenue control collaborates seamless with financial administration. Invoices with underlying specifications are created in revenue control. The registration of payments is done in the financial administration.
Create extensive analysis
All historic data is saved for later use. Because of this, extensive analysis can be made of developments in time. Either on project level or detailed level.
Data always and everywhere available
All up to date and historic project data is –in detail- available online. E.g. KPI and trend analyses. Insight into the project status is always available.
