Ticon has very advanced and extensive project control functionality in order to have permanent insight into the financial status of a project.Project control provides instant insight into the current financial state. Extensive analysis and reports
The entire data history is saved. Because of this fact, extensive analysis can be made on developments on a time scale. This is possible both on project level and on a detailed level. Normally, reports are made as per period. Ticon allows you to use various period systems simultaneously, e.g. weekly reports, monthly reports etcetera.
Optimal fit with financial administration
Project administration collaborates with financial administration on detailed level. Liabilities and actual costs are entered in the financial administration. This data is used in the project administration in order to achieve a total view.
Extreme flexibel production input
Production data can derive from the planning’s current baseline or can be entered manually. Entering data is possible directly in the results screen or through special entry forms.
Additional data if needed
There are plenty means to enter additional data. E.g. Expected costs from claims or reservations or expected additional revenues from extra work.
