Collaboration

Collaboration is the foundation of the Ticon system. Each staff member is using Ticon as the information source. Ticon is set up to fit every staff member’s data need. The data is presented in the staff member’s most relevant form. This results in Ticon being used by both management and knowledge workers. Ticon is prepared to provide access to possible third parties like clients, subcontractors or suppliers. One step closer to supply chain management: a more optimal collaboration can be achieved.
All management information quickly accessible
Special management views allow intensiv management use. Extensive trend analyses and KPI’s are rapidly accessible on the dashboard. Zooming in on project detail levels is possible, if necessary.
Always the correct role in every project
Through an extensive structure of roles and accomplishing permissions, access to – and updating - data can be defined. The definitions can be different each project if necessary. Third parties can access Ticon, if the access to the system is allowed and the right permissions have been set.
Extensive functionality for knowledge workers
Knowledge workers are staff members who are intensively using Ticon and are entering data continuously by default. Ticon provides special views for these knowledge workers also, with extensive functionalities.
