Both assigned work and directorial work – billed on the basis of subsequent costing – can be controlled with this. The service features also make use of all the data which is already available in Metacom. This guarantees an efficient process, where optimum control, correct planning and quick invoicing is guaranteed. Components which are completed in the service process are:
Quick and structured maintenance completion
Planning and completing complaints, maintenance work, renovation and small projects is extremely easy with Metacom. Contractual maintenance work, such as green maintenance, can also be easily recorded. Finally incidental activities, such as sand transportation or special transport, can be planned quickly.

For the larger projects the maintenance details can be updated using object management. The maintenance plan can be drawn up on this basis.

Planning the jobs and maintenance activities occurs using the planning board. All the details concerning the deployment of people and equipment are available here. So it is immediately apparent when and which resources are available. This is even the case for other companies within the holding structure. So it is possible from the planning board to make use of each other’s resources.

The work orders are created immediately after the planning and form the basis for the order confirmation to the client. The work order records which resources are needed for carrying out the maintenance. These resources could be a combination of resources or even complete work teams.

Making invoicing easier
The planning details are augmented with the corrections following execution. Once the order has been reported as completed, invoicing occurs automatically. The hourly details are forwarded directly to the salary administration system. In this way the total payment is carried out simply and quickly.
