Details of the available materials are recorded within Resources. This also includes details of stocks, rentals and production of materials.

Metacom supports both the project planning and the specific deployment planning. The project planning is oriented towards activity and capacity. It can be drawn up based on the estimation. If wished, the deployment planning includes the possibility of planning the deployment of personnel centrally across all projects. The three forms which are distinguished within planning are:

This planning forms the basis for guiding the operations.

Completed work orders are visible on the planning board immediately they are concluded.

Transport planning
It is immediately visible within the planning whether one’s own transportation resources or those of third parties must be deployed.

If it appears that one’s own capacity is inadequate, hiring from third parties can be planned immediately using resources planning. A hiring agreement is drawn up directly from the planning board for confirmation to the hirer. When the hirer invoices, the invoice is checked on the basis of this hiring order.
