To retain an oversight, reports can be compiled in a number of ways. In addition to the frequently used standard reports, it’s also possible to compile reports which are flexible and powerful in their configuration.

The financial features are practical, attuned to construction and support the various company structures which occur within the sector. They contribute to an optimum insight into the financial details and make it easy to extract the maximum from the available company resources.
Flexible thanks to multi-company functionality
The various companies within an organisational structure can each work in accordance with their own ledger methodology. These are interlinked at a higher level, so that consolidated results are quickly available. In this way debtor and creditor status can be compared across the companies and departments. Intercompany invoicing and the joint use of current accounts are easily arranged.
Relation details available everywhere
Metacom operates with one central relations file. Alongside the structural information such as orders, contracts, prices, sales etc., any other supplementary information you need can also be recorded. With Metacom you can consult and maintain all the relevant information for a relation centrally.
Invoicing
Outgoing invoices can be produced in a variety of ways. This often occurs automatically from the other Metacom modules. However it is also possible to use the invoicing module to invoice manually. Finally, invoices can be created through importing data from systems other than Metacom.
Sharp insight into utilisation and management
In addition to project results, the utilisation results can also be calculated for all resources. Within the financial module contracts, framework contracts and pricing agreements are recorded centrally. You can also work with standard discounts or surcharges. Price lists can of course be imported per supplier. All this provides a clear insight into the costs, yields or utilisation results for equipment, personnel and materials.
Financial security with multi-currency functionality
Various currencies can be used simultaneously in Metacom. A rate table is present for each currency showing the applicable exchange rates on a specific date. When booking an invoice, an automatic conversion is made into the administrative currency.
Support for standards and credit insurances
Alongside its standard financial features Metacom also contains specific features of administration standards and a credit insurance module.
Seamless integration of wages and salaries administration
Metacom works together with external software for wages and salaries administration. Thanks to the seamless integration and the centralised personnel management, smooth processing is guaranteed.
