Improve process performance
Work processes are fully automated with Business Process Management. Processes run more quickly with fewer errors, and there is easy insight into where improvement opportunities lie.
Measuring is knowing
BPM continuously monitors work process performance. Using the standard built-in dashboard, users always have an insight into the results of a process.
Enhance transparency
Employees are updated automatically, fully and quickly on their duties in the relevant process. These duties and responsibilities can easily be traced with BPM.
With Business Process Management (BPM) construction companies can design, manage and optimise vital work processes. Achieving efficiency gains is achieved quickly through optimising existing or new work processes. Certainly in construction, where organisation makes work processes extremely long-drawn-out and complicated.
Traditional situation
Enhancing efficiency is the objective of every contractor. It requires processes which run smoothly, where it is clear to everyone who is responsible for what and when. In practice however it appears that many processes run without structure: many paper procedures and extensive e-mail and telephone traffic. This leads to errors, delays and a lack of traceability. This needs automation.

New situation
Business Process Management offers the solution to this. It focuses mainly on automating work processes. It works with established procedures, where there is a clear overview of which work processes there are. From the management, middle management to employees. Bottlenecks can easily be traced so that a work process runs with more structure, faster and with fewer errors.
Continuous monitoring with the dashboard
The graphic dashboard in the ‘Process Portal’ always provides an overview of running processes and ongoing tasks. Processes are monitored continuously so that performance, divergences and delays are highlighted immediately and can be adjusted.

From standard to tailor made processes
BPM is offered as a standard, basic or customised process. A standard process is set up in advance as a ‘ready to use’ installed product, and is fully maintained by VanMeijel. Important advantages of this are a lower investment and quick implementation. Where a Basic process has specific process modifications for the company situation, customisation goes a step further by tailoring processes fully to the client’s wishes and requirements. These two options require a specific type of maintenance.
Quickly to work with BPM
BPM is deployed in the places where the fastest yield can be gained. Completing purchasing invoices or declaring work orders as ready are a couple of examples. The major advantage of BPM is that the implementation runs many times faster than traditional ERP implementations. A process can be launched through which a process optimisation can be achieved quickly.

Full integration with Metacom or Ticon
Work processes can run integrally with Metacom or Ticon. This enables data to be linked directly with work processes. The result is that data is always made available to users at the right time. Process modifications and/or expansions can also be achieved easily. Under the supervision of our specialists, the system can be managed and developed further.
Avoid duplicate work
Deploying BPM ensures that employees add relevant details to the company information system at the right time. This prevents the same data being entered several times from different places. Because data only has to be entered once, you avoid an enormous amount of duplicate work by deploying BPM.
